Lamp posts

It was reported that the new contract for provision of lampposts in Surrey would start on 1^st April 2010 with, eventually, 85% of all lamp posts being replaced. Elmbridge was second in line and would start to get the new lamp posts around April 2011. There would be different styles to be in keeping with different street environments.
